Dream Incubation Group: Soul’s Calling and Dreams (July 2022)

Do you have a life issue you want relief around? Have you exhausted your mind thinking how to get unstuck, but can’t quite figure it out? Are you interested in movement towards a life change, but want to feel clear and guided from your deep intuition?
Enter dream incubation.
Dreamwork is my first love. Since I can remember I’ve been working with my dreams. And my relationship with my dreams has only deepened with time. When I make decisions from a dream, I feel secure, grounded, and trusting in myself in a way that I don’t feel when I make decisions from intellect alone.
Dream incubation is engaged and pro-active. With dream incubation, we ask our unconscious, the Dream Maker, great Mystery, whomever or whatever gives us our dreams, a particular question and we work with the dream we receive in response to our question.
This is a different process than working with spontaneous dreams– with dream incubation we are collaborating with our dreams. Spontaneous dreams are dreams we have without an intention in mind, they are from the unconscious and tend to be highly symbolic and it takes some practice to work with spontaneous dreams. Dream incubation dreams tend to be more direct.
What dream incubation looks like is formulating a question before you sleep, writing the question down, and working with the dream you receive the next day.
This 6-week group is focused on working with our dreams for guidance on specific life questions.
You will...
1. Learn a dreamwork process to guide you throughout your life
2. Make changes in your life around a particular stressor or issue based on dream guidance
Scheduling: We will meet weekly for 1.5 hours starting in mid-July. I will send a scheduling poll through doodle to people interested for a time that works for the most number of people. It will be sometime between 10-4pm MST Monday-Friday. Email me if you want to join-- when I have enough people interested we will start scheduling together.
We will also work with spontaneous dreams, which are dreams you receive without an intention in mind. But with dream incubation, we will explore making changes in our lives on a particular issue. I specifically love vocational dreams– dreams that invite us to step into our life’s work and calling. So if you are wondering about work, creative process, or Soul’s calling then this is a great group for you.

Dreamwork and dream incubation (structure of a dream, symbols, associations)
Listening to your dreams for guidance on specific issues
How to work with “Big Dreams” or dreams that seem prophetic in nature, visitation dreams, and nightmares
